Tell me about your company

We are a company situated at the Hong Kong Science Park in Hong Kong. Our core business is the manufacturing and sale of Electrostatic Precipitators mainly for commercial kitchens. You can find more at this link here

Our own brand- ‘Dr. ESP’ and replacement parts for other brands have been very popular and have been sold to many restaurant, such as McDonalds, KFC, etc

Returns

Start a Return

For returns, please refer to our Warranty terms & conditions. We have a 1 year warranty for all defective products. Please contact us at sales@isoingtechnologies.com if you require a return.

All returns must have prior authorization from our company, and do not include shipping & handling charges. Products must be shipped back to our company within 7 working days of receipt of the items.

Our Warranty Terms & Conditions

WARRANTY

ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES LTD warrants all equipment manufactured by us against defective parts and workmanship. There is a three-year limited warranty on units and one year limited warranty on replacements parts, from the date of shipment to Purchaser.Any unauthorized repairs or modifications or abnormal use or misuse of equipment will void all warranties.In no case will ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES be responsible for or warranty extend to equipment not manufactured by ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT

This limited warranty does not apply to any part or component that is damaged in transit or when handling, has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, has not been installed, operated, or serviced according to Seller’s instructions, or has been operated beyond the
factory-rated capacity or has been altered in any way.

As Purchaser’s exclusive remedy of any defects in the equipment, ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES will exchange or repair any defective parts during the warranty period, provided such parts are returned, prepaid to ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES’ factory.The obligation of ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES is limited to furnishing replacement parts F.O.B. ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES’ factory of any parts which are determined upon inspection by ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES, to be defective.ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for labor or transportation charges for the removal, reshipment or reinstallation of the parts. Seller’s liability is limited to replacement of defective parts or components and does not include any cost of labor
(including, but not limited to, labor required to remove and/or reinstall any defective part).

IN NO EVENT WILL ISO-ING TECHNOLOGIES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

The foregoing shall constitute the total liability of Seller in the case of defective performance of all or any of the equipment or services provided to Buyer. Buyer agrees to accept and herby accepts the foregoing as the soleand exclusive remedy for any breach or alleged breach of warranty by Seller.

My product was damaged upon arrival

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged. Unfortunately after this period, we are unable to honor a warranty claim. If our company determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.

I ordered the wrong product

We will consider taking the product back, subject to shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from ISO-Ing Technologies for both the returned product and the new replacement product. All returns must have prior authorization from our company, and be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Once the item is received by us, we will dispatch the replacement product.

We accept credit card, Paypal.  For large orders, we also do bank transfers
